InCorp Advisory (www.incorpadvisory.in) is looking for an enthusiastic and fresh Social media marketing professional who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms of InCorp Advisory. The objective for this role is to develop social media strategy, create original content and provide data analysis and metric reporting for company.
InCorp Advisory has operated in India for 3 Years, and this role is key to create brand awareness, showcase our portfolio of services, and the employment opportunities offered by InCorp Advisory in India. The role will be responsible to engage with internal and external stakeholders for content, campaigns, database marketing, testimonials, talent acquisition, partnerships, SEO / SEM etc. and will report to the Digital marketing manager for the business. The candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented – with the soft skills to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and deliverables
· Digital & Social media marketing
– Suggest and implement new ideas to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
– Drive Lead generation through SEO / SEM & Online advertisements
– Manage, optimise and update digital presence across multiple platforms
– Manage clients and talent database and engage them through email campaigns
– Drive partnership with other companies, institutions etc for lead generation & brand awareness
Media & communications
– Engage with key media houses for new clipping and to distribute media releases
– Work with clients & partners to drive a news/media release pipeline
– Work with stakeholders to disseminate relevant content
Key Result Areas
· Increase social media traction and followers
· Increase number of leads generated through social media platforms and campaigns
· Web traffic redirected from various content publications & social media channels to InCorp Website
· Number of Qualified Leads from SEO / SEM / Web and Marketing Events
Candidate Requirements:
• 0-1 Year of experience in social media marketing
• Graduation / Post-Graduation in Marketing / Mass Comms / Finance
• Certification Program in Digital Marketing / SEO
• Strong vocabulary, in addition to written and verbal communication skills
• Proven results with a tenure of at least 1 Year in the current / past organization
• Proficiency in MS Office Toolset (PPT, Excel, Word)
