CA M S Keshava, in addition to being a law graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant, is a registered Independent director registered with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing CA in direct and indirect taxation advisory covering a variety of services including transaction advisory, process planning, business customs, and other regulatory compliances. He has been instrumental in successful execution of various country wide transactions dealing with a variety of business circles and corporate houses through diversified industries.
He has been a member of multiple notable institutions and committees revolving around the taxation consultancy profession. He has chaired the IDT Committee of ICAI along with the Indirect Taxes Committee of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (KFCCI) overlooking distinct transaction implications and relevant taxation regulations of the committees.
He has also contributed to the academic section of Chartered Accountants by being a member of the Board of Studies of ICAI, along with being a member of the GST Work Group of ICAI. He has travelled extensively and has presented papers on varied subjects, including on Information Technology, in various seminars and conferences.
